I hope you are delighted with your purchase. If, however, you need to return an item, please read the following policy.
Your Right to Return
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return your book within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, the book must be returned in its original, saleable condition, with no damage, marks or signs of use.
Return Postage
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Original postage charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on my part or the item is faulty or damaged when received.
I recommend using a tracked postal service, as I cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied, I will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or reimbursement of reasonable return postage costs.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed using your original payment method.
Please allow a few working days for your payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
